Our Story
Resilient Solutions Plus (RSP) is a professional services firm that provides both management consulting services and product solutions to federal, state, and commercial entities. Founded in 2019 by the firm’s President and CEO, Tiffany Harvell, we are a Woman-Owned Small Business (WOSB), and Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) comprised of a team of seasoned professionals with more than 50 years of collective experience in strategy, operations, and innovation.
RSP is built on a legacy of loyalty, duty, respect, trust, and courage and birthed by the inspiration of the late Colonel (Retired) Thurinton W. Harvell, Sr., who founded its predecessor corporation, Resilient Management Team, LLC. Colonel Harvell was an accomplished logistics and management professional having more than 27 years of experience with military and logistics organizations, both domestically and internationally.
RSP was formed as a way to honor Thurinton Harvell Sr’s legacy and to continue his vision. The company is rooted in our ability to excel despite setbacks, barriers, and challenged resources. Resilience is what we bring to every client engagement. While RSP was founded on the core principles of military culture, we are an innovative and forward-thinking firm that works with clients large and small, to provide the tools and resources to help organizations reimagine how they do business.
Our Leader
Tiffany M. Harvell is a result-driven healthcare administrator with a career demonstrating visionary leadership, expertise, and distinguished performance in financial, business, and operations excellence. Her lifelong inquisitiveness for entrepreneurship and love for business began as a child at the age of 12 and has resulted in the establishment of three profitable businesses. Ms. Harvell’s most recent business pursuit began in the fall of 2019, with the establishment of Resilient Solutions Plus, LLC (RSP), a professional services firm that provides management consulting services and product solutions to federal, state, and commercial entities.
Harvell has military leadership expertise in operational management, business process optimization, and healthcare administration. She is a catalyst for change, combining tactical execution of strategic initiatives with the strong leadership of cross-functional staff and the development of key alliances to capture and enhance overall customer satisfaction, and bottom-line performance.
Throughout her military and civilian career, Ms. Harvell has the proven ability to develop and implement effective processes, Six Sigma, and supply-chain strategies to enhance companies’ and government agencies’ business practices. She delivers business leadership and continually leads to improvement efforts for client outcomes, quality, productivity, and compliance.
In her current role as the President and CEO of RSP, she collaborates with the executive leadership team to establish annual priorities that strategically align with the organization’s defined goals and milestones. Harvell supports overall customer priorities by leveraging industry insights and tested techniques that improve business challenges and perspectives.
Prior to starting RSP, she served as a Medical Service Officer for the Department of the Army. Within this capacity, she held many positions with varying responsibilities. Her most recent and proudest assignment included serving as the Medical Department Activity Quality and Safety Executive Officer, where she was charged with overseeing projects, process improvement, and safety data for over thirty safety managers for the Medical and Dental Activities across nineteen clinics and facilities. Ms. Harvell holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Healthcare Administration from George Mason University.
